TERMS OF ONLINE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
You can make a purchase on our site in two ways:
- You can become our registered user and make purchases on our website through your registered account.
- You can make a purchase as a guest on our site.

- product price (The price is expressed in transaction currency ie in dinars (RSD), including VAT, excluding delivery costs. The visitor can choose the option of displaying the price in EUR, in which case before payment is calculated in dinars at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank Serbia on the day of calculation and the final price is shown in dinars.)
When choosing the products you want to buy on our site, data on prices and the total value of the desired purchase are also available to you.
By checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Use" option and accepting the transition to the next step by accepting the "CONTINUE" function and accepting the "CONFIRM ORDER" option, you confirm that you agree to make a purchase or conclude a distance selling agreement in accordance with these Terms, you will be able to proceed to the next step and make the payment as described in the section "METHOD AND TERMS OF PAYMENT."
At the time you pay the price for the product, it is considered that you have concluded a distance selling agreement with us in all respects in accordance with the conditions published on our website and options you have chosen, and we will provide you with documentation prescribed by applicable regulations and these Terms. MANNER AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT WHEN PURCHASING
When buying on our site, make payments with payment cards (DINA, VISA, Mastercard, etc.).
Important: When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
In case of return of goods and return of funds to the buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, the Seller is obliged to return only through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
All payments when buying on our site will be made in dinars (RSD). If the price of the product is expressed in euros, the total amount that will be charged from your payment card at the time of purchase is obtained by converting the price expressed in euros (EUR) to dinars (RSD) at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When you charge your payment card, this amount is converted into your local currency at the payment card association's exchange rate. There is a possibility that during the conversion there will be a small difference in relation to the price shown on our site.
After you have successfully purchased the product on our website, we will prepare it for delivery as soon as possible, all as explained in detail below.
MANNER AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Delivery of products is possible only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, but not on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija.
We will try to make every delivery of the products you bought on our site as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
We make all deliveries through a courier service that you can choose only by accepting one of the options offered when shopping.
By choosing a courier service, you agree to pay the cost of delivery through the selected courier service in the amount specified with the option you have chosen. For individual orders worth up to 11,000.00 RSD, the product is delivered at the expense of the buyer and for orders with a total value over 11,000.00 RSD, the product is delivered at the expense of the seller.
For the purpose of delivery, your delivery address and telephone number will be made available to the courier service that performs the delivery, which will contact you if necessary to deliver the product.
If delivery of the product is not possible for any reason, we will inform you without delay, ie. as soon as possible, and through the contacts you provided to us when purchasing the product.
At the time of receipt of the product delivered by the courier service, it is necessary to inspect the packaging and the product itself, and to inform us without delay of any possible defects (damage to the contents or reduction of the contents of the shipment). If you have noticed any defects during the delivery of the shipment, you need to inform the representative of the courier service that delivers the product at the same time.
RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
As a seller of goods, in accordance with applicable regulations, we are responsible for non-conformity of goods to the contract that occurs within two years from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer (which we consider the moment of risk transfer to the consumer-buyer). This period does not run during the period in which we make changes or repairs to the product in order to eliminate non-conformities.
If the delivered product does not comply with the purchased one, you have the right to file a complaint with us, and to request repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, and if that is not possible, you have the right to request a price reduction or termination.
If the non-conformity occurs within six months from the date of receipt of the product, you have the right to choose between the request to eliminate the non-conformity by replacement, appropriate price reduction or to declare that terminate the contract. If the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant, you have no right to request the termination of the contract.
If the non-conformity appears within six months from the date of receipt of the product, the elimination of the non-conformity is possible by repair only with your explicit consent.
We, as the seller, bear all the costs of eliminating the causes of justified complaints.
If you have caused a defect in the product yourself, you have no right to complain.
You can file a complaint:
- electronically, by filling in the appropriate complaint form at the following link or
- by going to our address: st. Balkanska no. 2, 11000 Belgrade to submit, by mail or in person, a completed and signed form for complaints on a special form located at the following link or
- orally at the address: st. Balkanska no. 2, 11000 Belgrade,
- on a permanent record carrier, by delivering to the address to the Merchant's registered office, by mail or in person,
all with the obligatory delivery of an invoice for inspection or other proof of purchase, and at our request to check the justification of your request for complaint, you need to submit the product to which the complaint relates for inspection.
We will, without delay, and no later than eight days from the date of receipt of the complaint, respond in writing or electronically to the complaint and continue to act in accordance with applicable regulations.
Our response to your complaint will include: a decision on whether to accept the complaint, a statement on your request and a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint, which cannot be longer than 15 days.
If you agree with our proposal, we will act in accordance with the decision, proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint.
If, for objective reasons, we are unable to comply with your request within the agreed time, we will notify you of the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint and the additional deadline for resolving the complaint, and we will ask for your consent. Extension of the deadline for resolving complaints is possible only once.
In the event of termination of the contract, we will refund the funds we received from you for the product in relation to which you have filed a complaint.
We refund using the same means of payment that you used to make the payment. In case of termination of the contract, you are obliged to return the product to us, ie to organize the return of the product, without delay.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Every purchase on our website (www.cestmoi.rs) is considered a purchase, ie distance selling in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 88/2021).
You have the right to cancel the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving reasons and additional costs, except the obligation to pay the cost of returning the product to the address: st. Balkanska no. 2, 11000 Belgrade (hereinafter: withdrawal).
If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you need to provide us with a statement of withdrawal within the above deadline.
You can send us a statement of withdrawal:
- electronically, by filling in theappropriate withdrawal statement on the prescribed distance withdrawal form located at the following link or
- by going to our address: st. Balkanska no. 2, 11000 Belgrade to submit a completed and signed statement of withdrawal on the prescribed form for withdrawal from a distance contract located at the following link or
- in another unambiguous way,
and in any case, you need to sign the statement of withdrawal in your own hand and submit an invoice for the purchased product.
The statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day it was sent to us, but you are responsible for proving that you sent it to us in a timely manner.
In the event of receipt of a complete and timely statement of withdrawal, we will refund the funds we received from you based on the purchase you canceled.
We refund when we receive a returned product or proof that you sent us the same product, whichever comes first.
We refund using the same means of payment that you used to make the payment. In case of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the product to us, ie to organize the return of the product, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day when you sent the statement of withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for the impaired value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
A consumer dispute is a domestic or cross-border dispute arising from a contractual or non-contractual relationship between a consumer and a Merchant.
If the Seller rejects the complaint (regardless of the method of purchase), the consumer has the opportunity to resolve the consumer dispute out of court, by contacting the competent bodies for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (hereinafter: the body).
Proceedings before the body can be initiated by the consumer only if he has previously stated a complaint or objection to the Merchant.
The trader is obliged to participate in the procedure of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
